Terms & Conditions

Registration & Payment

Registration for classes, workshops, and treatments takes place via SportsNow.

Payment is required in advance and can be made by credit card, TWINT, or invoice by arrangement. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations

Group Classes

Classes may be cancelled via your SportsNow account up to 24 hours before the start of the class.

Cancelled classes can be rescheduled within the validity period of your subscription. Refunds are not available.

Late cancellations and no-shows will be deducted from your subscription.

Workshops

Workshop bookings are non-refundable.

In the case of illness or premature birth (at least three weeks before the due date), the fee may be credited towards postnatal classes. A medical certificate is required and must be submitted before the workshop begins.

Treatments & Individual Sessions

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.

If labour begins unexpectedly, please send a brief SMS. In this case, the appointment will not be charged.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.

Unused classes expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be refunded or extended.

Schedule Changes

Occasionally classes may be cancelled due to illness, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed via SportsNow and email.

Birthlight Zürich reserves the right to make changes to the timetable, teachers, course offering, and teaching location within the Zürich area.

Responsibility & Liability

Participation in classes, workshops, and treatments is at your own responsibility.

Please ensure that you are physically and medically fit to participate. If you have any concerns, consult your healthcare provider before attending.

Birthlight Zürich accepts no liability for injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property.

Insurance is the responsibility of each participant.

Governing Law

Swiss law applies.

Place of jurisdiction is Wollerau, Schwyz.
