Treatment Experiences

I love the prenatal yoga classes with Katia, I leave the studio full of energy and always feeling happy after my practice. I can also highly recommend the Shiatsu massages - I had really bad pain in the hips and migraines and the massages really helped alleviate the pain and relax.

Selene R. · Pregnancy & Shiatsu

Prenatal and Postnatal classes and massages with Katia have been a vital piece of my 2 pregnancies. I can only recommend her work to any other pregnant ladies seeking for techniques, experiences and support to navigate the pregnancy and all changes that come with it.
