Registration & cancellation

Please download the SportsNow App to book your classes and appointments. If unable to do so please email us providing: name, address, mobile number, date of birth (and due date if pregnant).

On-site classes

Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the lesson through your account. A refund is not possible, but you can reschedule your class for a later time. We do not accept cancellations via email, phone or SMS.

Individual sessions and therapies

Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full amount is due and a refund is not possible.

Childbirth preparation workshops

Cancellations are only possible in case of illness and premature births (please report immediately). There is no refund, but you may exchange the purchase for a massage / Shiatsu or postpartum classes.

When Birthlight has to cancel

If we have to cancel a class due to illness, we notify you 2 hours before the start of the class. Please always check the schedule and your email for cancellation notices. The amount will be credited back to your subscription for future bookings.
