After birth

Postnatal Massage

For Your Recovery After Birth

Postnatal massage is designed to support your recovery and well-being after childbirth. It can help relieve common postpartum discomforts such as neck and shoulder tension, back pain, muscle fatigue, and the physical strain associated with feeding, carrying, and caring for your baby.

Massage provides a nurturing space for rest and recovery, helping to ease stress, promote relaxation, and support the body's natural healing process after birth. It may also help relieve headaches and migraines.

Gentle abdominal work can begin from 3 weeks after birth to support the natural repositioning of the abdominal and pelvic organs. Following a Caesarean section, scar treatment can usually begin from 6–8 weeks postpartum, once healing is complete. Scar work may help reduce numbness, improve tissue mobility, prevent adhesions, and support reconnecting with your body.

Postnatal massage can be received immediately after birth and is tailored to your individual needs and stage of recovery.
