This class combines expert postnatal recovery with the joy of being alongside your baby. We focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation, core recovery, alignment, and diastasis healing, while gently integrating your baby into the practice through movement, touch, play, and connection.
A nurturing space where you can support your own recovery, bond with your baby, and connect with other mothers experiencing the same journey.

What We Focus On
Pelvic Floor & Core Recovery
Restore strength and confidence from the inside out. Through safe, progressive exercises, we support pelvic floor rehabilitation, core recovery, postural alignment, and the healing of diastasis recti, always working at a pace that honours your body's recovery.
Baby Integration
Your baby is welcome as an active part of the class. Gentle sequences incorporate eye contact, touch, movement, and play, creating moments of connection while you continue your own healing journey.
Developmental Movement
Age-appropriate activities support your baby's natural development, encouraging body awareness, coordination, sensory exploration, and early movement skills in a relaxed and playful environment.
Community & Support
Motherhood is not meant to be experienced alone. Share experiences, exchange support, and build meaningful connections with other mothers in a warm, welcoming community.
