This birth preparation programme combines practical birth education, breathing techniques, self-hypnosis, relaxation and support from a birth companion in a warm and supportive environment.

Through knowledge, self-exploration and preparation, you are invited to deepen your understanding of the birth process, cultivate trust in your body and connect with the inner strength and wisdom that already exist within you. Understanding the Birth Process
Knowledge creates confidence. When you understand what is happening physically, emotionally and hormonally throughout the different stages of labour and birth, you can approach the process with greater calm and trust. A deeper understanding helps you make informed decisions and work with the natural unfolding of birth.
Breathing for Birth
Learn specific breathing techniques that will support you throughout labour and birth. Your breath becomes an anchor, helping you work with each contraction, navigate intensity and remain calm, focused and open.
Sound & Vocalisation
Your voice can become a powerful tool during labour. Through vocal toning and gentle sound practices, you learn to release tension, deepen your breath and connect with your inner strength and intuition.
Active Birth Positions
Explore practical movements and positions that support comfort, mobility and the natural progression of labour. You will learn how to work with gravity and your body's instincts throughout the different phases of birth.
Self-Hypnosis & Visualisation
Breathing techniques, deep relaxation, self-hypnosis and guided visualisations help reduce fear, build confidence and support a calmer birth experience. This also includes creating a personal "safe place" that you can return to during labour.

Carefully selected affirmations help transform limiting thought patterns and cultivate deep trust in the wisdom and strength of your body.
Support from the Birth Companion
Birth is a shared journey. Birth companions learn how to provide practical and emotional support, create a sense of safety and remain present throughout every stage of labour. Together you develop confidence, understanding of the birth process and practical tools for the birth experience.
