A safe, nourishing practice designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy — from the first weeks through to birth. Rooted in the Birthlight tradition, our classes honour the wisdom of the body and the deep instinct of motherhood.
Birthlight yoga is a gentle and safe practice specifically designed for pregnancy. It can help relieve common discomforts such as back pain, restore your energy, and strengthen the deep bond with your baby.
Groups are intentionally kept small, leaving space for individual guidance and personal needs. You can join at any time from the 14th week of pregnancy until birth. Classes are offered in English or German depending on participants.

Gentle Movement
Safe, body-led asanas adapted to each trimester — nurturing strength, flexibility and ease as your body changes.
Breath & Sound
Pranayama and toning practices to deepen body awareness, calm the nervous system and prepare for birth.
Deep Relaxation
Guided relaxation and yoga nidra to restore energy, ease anxiety and cultivate a deep sense of peace for both mother and baby.
Small Groups
Maximum 4 women per class — space for individual attention, genuine care and real connection with other mothers-to-be.
