Birth Preparation Classes

Prenatal classes with birth preparation and hypnosis for labour from the 34th week

From the 34th week of pregnancy, I support you in preparing physically, mentally, and emotionally for birth.

These classes support you in preparing physically, mentally and emotionally for birth. Through breathwork, relaxation, self-hypnosis, visualisation and practical tools, you develop trust in your body and your own personal birth journey. There is also space for individual questions and personal guidance.

Included in the classes

Hypnosis for Labour

Hypnosis for labour combines deep relaxation, breathing, visualisation and positive suggestions. You learn to reduce fear, strengthen trust in your body and remain calm and focused during labour.
